Russia is a federal semi-presidential constitutional republic. Vladimir Putin in the supreme leader of Russia. He can change anything he wants in the constitution. He changed the number of years that he can be in office. He changed it to that he is in office for 6 instead of 4 years and he can stay in office for as many terms as he wants. He has changed it from 2 till three and he will change it so that he can stay in office for longer. China is a communist state. There is no impeachment on the Chinese main land. Hong Kong and Taiwan have different governments then China main land. What ever the people of China own the government owns. The people don't pick the leader the communist perty picks the leader.
